MyMiche/King K Productions offers a 30-Day guarantee on manufacture defects. Contact your sales representative or customerservice@michebagofmichigan.com within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a one-time credit (minus fees) towards new product of equal value. Consumer agrees to arrange the return of product to MyMiche/King K Productions for inspection and may include additional shipping and handling fees.  Please include the original receipt, name and shipping address and reason for items being returned. A Miche Bag representative will contact you within 7-business days with approval or denial.

 

All returned product must be in the original packaging and in new condition along with the original receipt. All returns are subject to prior approval, any items returned without approval of MyMiche/King K Productions may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

 

 

All Exchanges and Returns must be done within 7 days from the purchase date or when you receive your order. They must be new and in the original packaging to be resold. Proof of purchase must be provided. MyMiche/King K Productions is not responsible to pay shipping charges.  Restocking fees may apply. Refund will be issued based upon original tender.

 

Miche products ordered at a retail location must be returned to the point of purchase - no exceptions.
